Whether we have secured you an assignment or you have just registered with us, we are keen to keep in regular contact with you and build on the relationship we already have with you.

Our commitment to you;

  • At Bond Williams we will listen to your requirements and be honest if we do not have anything suitable at the time.
  • You can be assured we will work quickly, professionally and will keep you updated with our progress.
  • You will be as fully briefed as we are on the relevant role and we will make sure you are armed with as much information as we can give you before starting an assignment, after all you are representing us as well as yourself.


All we ask in return is that you are open and honest with us;

  • Please feel free to discuss any issues or concerns you may have regarding your assignment and we will endeavour to help where possible.
  • If you are unwell or absent from work you need to call your temporary consultant by 9am. We do not want to let our client down and we want to make sure you still have work; therefore we need to inform them if you are not going to be at work.
  • We expect you to commit to the length of your agreed assignment but if you are unable to for any reason please give us as much notice as possible. A minimum of 2 days is required.
  • Always ensure your timesheet is signed by your manager and received. This will ensure you are paid promptly.
  • Always send us an updated CV after completing assignments so we can secure you your next assignment.


We are committed to paying our temporary workers correctly and on time consistently every week. To ensure this happens we have developed this service with you in mind.

  • A dedicated Account Manager to look after you.
  • Online timesheets – allowing you complete your hours online and store your payslips (and other related info) in one secure area without the need for printed copies.
  • A dedicated payroll team with committed payroll staff to process your pay.
  • A telephone payroll support number with representatives who will deal with any queries you may have quickly and efficiently.
  • Temp handbook is available to answer all your questions and queries about temping. Please request this from your Account Manager.
