How do I obtain a timesheet?

Your timesheet will be available online. You should have received a web address, login and password prior to the commencement of your booking. If you do not have this please call your account manager at Bond Williams on 01202 233777.



When does my timesheet need to reach you and when will I be paid?

Providing your timesheet is submitted online by 7pm Friday, your payment will be cleared and in your account on the following Friday.



How do I know if my timesheet has been received and processed?

Your timesheet will be flagged as “approved” status online once it has been processed - Please call your temporary consultant for confirmation should you be worried.



When will I receive a payslip & when will I be paid?

Payslips are available online through Intime on Thursday (the day after the payroll is processed) and payments are made weekly by BACS (bank transfer) into your account for clearance on the Friday.



What Do I Do If I Have Not Received A Payslip?

Call you temporary consultant on 01202 233777 who will check everything for you.

I have a query on my pay, how do I resolve it?

Either call your temporary consultant in the first instance or call payroll on 01202 233777



What if I want to change my bank details?

We will only accept change of bank details in writing. You can do this by sending an email to your temporary consultant.



How do I know what my tax code is?

This will be stated on your payslip and will determine how much tax you will pay on your income. The tax code operated will be obtained from your P45, P46 or by notice from the tax office. If none of the above is received your payment is processed on a basic rate tax code (BR).



My tax appears to be incorrect, what do I do?

If you believe your tax code is incorrect or do not understand the figures, please call Payroll. They will also contact the Inland Revenue for you if necessary. 01202 233777



I do not have a National Insurance number, will this affect my tax?

National Insurance is completely separate from tax and will therefore not affect your tax payments. To obtain a National Insurance number, please contact your local DSS office or Job Centre Plus to arrange an appointment.



Will I get paid holiday?

By law every worker should get a minimum of 28 days paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), this is subject to change. As a temporary worker you accrue holiday on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the 28 day requirement.



Can I get paid if I am sick?

Can I get paid maternity leave?

Yes, we do pay statutory maternity pay if you have been engaged with Bond Williams in continuous service for 26 weeks up to and including the 15th week before expected week of birth. You give us 28 days notice and you provide evidence of pregnancy.



How do I request a P45?

After completion of your assignment, you are encouraged to request your P45 by sending an email or calling your temporary consultant and inform them of your actual leaving date.
