This seminar is presented by Bond Williams Professional Recruitment and Connect HR discussing ways to help your management team increase
employee productivity, morale and business performance.

We will begin the morning with an employment law update from Paul Burton of Frettens Solicitors, including details regarding the changes to unfair dismissal changes. There will also be an open discussion about our views on the changes and how they might affect the way we manage people.

The second part of the seminar will focus on how the manager makes a difference to performance output, retention, customer service, productivity and shareholder return. We will discuss ways to develop effective leadership within your management team to help increase employee productivity, morale and business performance.
