Required Information to Pay You - Temp Guide

Details we require to pay you;

1. Bank Details

2. Timesheet completed online by 7pm each Friday

In order for us to pay you; we require a completed Bond Williams online timesheet (unless the client has their own).

To ensure that your timesheet will be processed in a timely manner, please ensure you complete your online timesheet and submit it by 7pm Friday each week. Payments will go into your account the following Friday.

3. Original P45 or a P46

What if I don’t have a P45?
If you do not have a P45 you will need to complete a P46 form. You can obtain this from your temporary consultant. If you do not supply us with either a P45 or P46, your pay will be taxed on a basic rate basis - i.e. with no allowances. However, this will be updated once payroll receives your P45/P46 form.

What if I do not have a P45 or P46?
If neither is provided, we will process your payment on basic rate tax code (BR) which means that you will miss out on your tax-free personal allowance.
